Minimum of 2 years Administrative Experience, preferably with experience as a Property Administrator
You will work alongside our team and provide an extremely important support role, but you will also be expected to be self-motivated and proactive. You will need administrative experience, preferably as a Property Administrator.
We are looking for a flexible, hard working person who thrives on variety and is prepared to have a go at anything and everything. The role will be busy and will require the successful applicant to be confident, motivated and have excellent communication skills (both verbally and in writing).
- A variety of general administrative duties including but not limited to, bookkeeping, accounts, computer input.
Required Skills & Experience
– Minimum of 2 years experience, preferably as a Property Administrator – Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. – Great PC skills including; Email, Excel and Word. – Highly organised. – Customer service experience.
2ManageProperty Ltd are a local independent property management company providing services for Residents Associations, Property Owners, Freeholders and Leaseholders in Sunbury-On-Thames covering Surrey and the surrounding areas.
We are continuing to expand the business and we are looking to enhance our reputation for service and delivery in 2020/2021. We plan to increase our staff levels to meet increasing new business during 2021.
