I first contacted Mr Bob Robins after an online search a few years back. We were unhappy with the management company we had at that time, which had been instructed by the freeholder and was charging a great deal of money. Bob helped me organise the Right to Manage, which we were successful in obtaining. We were then able to instruct Bob with the management of our block of flats. (Shortly after that the freeholders also sold us the land – I guess they realised they could not milk us every year!).

I can recommend Bob’s services to anyone and indeed I have already done so for a colleague. He always keeps in touch when needed and asks our view before arranging any major costs, like insurance, or if there is any unexpected expense, such as getting rid of squirrels in the loft. He has also shown to be prompt in organising whatever needs organising, from the main door breaking, to have trees cut, squirrels in the loft… He has managed our flats for the last two years and he has always been reliable, prompt in his answers and dependable. I cannot recommend his services enough and anyone unhappy with their management company should have him around for a quote; that can persuade nearly everyone (if not everyone) in the block.
